Personal Information Collection Statement (PICS)
This is a personal information collection statement under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (the “Ordinance”).
1. Purpose of Collection. The personal data provided by you to Dr Nathalie Tortellier (“I” or “My” or “Me”) will be used by Me for sending you by email pieces of information in reply to your request. It will also be used by My for managing your business relationship. It will not be used for direct marketing purpose.
2. Provision of personal data. You are required to provide your personal data as follows: (1) data fields marked up with * are mandatory data and (2) data fields with no * are voluntary data. In the absence of your mandatory personal data, I may not be able to process your request.
3. Disclosure and Transfer of Personal Data. I will keep your personal data confidential and I am the only person who has access to and handle your personal data. I may disclose or transfer your personal data to My service providers engaged in activities on My behalf or on Your behalf, within or outside Hong Kong solely for the purposes set out in paragraph 1 above. I may disclose your personal data when authorized or required by law and in response to requests from law enforcement agencies, government departments, statutory authorities or regulatory authorities.
